California’s Unemployment Rate Tied For Worst In Nation

California received some good news. The state’s “jobless rate dipped to 9.6 percent last month, the lowest in more than four years.” Despite this good news, California’s unemployment rate remains tied for the worst in the nation. (CBS, March 29, 2013). Read it here.
