Cost Panel Would Cripple Californians’ Health Care

AB 3087, introduced by Assemblyman Ash Kalra, D-San Jose, would throw our health care system into turmoil, causing California’s hospitals to lose an estimated $18 billion annually. In our region, local health care providers may be forced to dismantle programs and scale back vital patient care services that we provide to the community.
