A bill before the state of California Legislature has suddenly popped up on the business community’s radar.

Assembly Bill 1330, authored by Speaker John Perez, would expand environmental protection laws in geographic areas with high levels of pollution…The chamber says the bill would force companies to relocate away from disadvantaged areas and lead to job losses in those areas.
