RUTH EVANS: Bill would hurt farmers, invite litigation
The state is in disrepair and the Legislature is taking our local economy down with it. The most recent attack is on our Valley’s life blood, agriculture.
The Legislature is discussing a bill that would allow the same unscrupulous attorneys preying on our small business owners with minor, inconsequential infractions to sue our local farmers.
