Will Aggrieved Workers Get Their Day in Court? Gov. Brown Must Decide Whether to Sign a Bill to End Mandatory Workplace Arbitration

(September 20, 2015) A bill passed by the Legislature last month, AB 465, would make California the first state to ban arbitration agreements as a condition of employment and outlaw retaliation against current employees who refuse to sign them. (The Orange County Register, 09/20/15)
